Adam Hall, the 18-year-old Canadian shortstop prospect, is the first Bermuda-born player to be drafted by a Major League team. Adam was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in the second round with the 60th overall pick, and I'll be keeping his eye on his progress.
In running, it doesn't matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say, "I have finished." There is a lot of satisfaction in that - Fred Lebow

He went to school in London, Ontario and I've been there. It is the home of the University of Western Ontario and where the famous bandleader Guy Lombardo (his Royal Canadians used to play on TV every New Years Eve) is buried. His grave is apparently a tourist attraction, because the person driving me from the airport stopped his car to show it to me.
It was a good trip, and following Adam will help me remember it.

I'm smarter than you think you are.
